What is sucralose? Sucralose is a new no-calorie sweetener used in a variety of products from drinks to baked goods. It’s about 600 times sweeter than sugar but, because it doesn’t metabolise in the body, it has no calorific value. Stable sweetener Sucralose is extremely stable and maintains its sweetness even when exposed to high temperatures. This makes it ideal in cooking, baking, preserving and pasteurisation.
